The ideal candidate would have:
- HSE Supervisor/Management experience from site
- Additional HSE certifications/trainings are seen as a benefit
- Fluent in English
- Swedish, French or Lithuanian language skills are a benefit
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Problem-solving skills and initiative way of working
