Our company has grown in different ways during last year. One of them is growth in the number of employees. In the beginning of 2022 we have over 100 employees. The corresponding figure was 59 in 2020. This means we have gained dozens of more talents in our Tekniq Family.
And what a wonderful family we have. There are a lot of experience and skills involved. However, our most valuable characteristics are the internationality and cultural diversity we have. Our people come from 25 countries, and we currently operate in five continents including Europe, Africa, Asia, and North and South America.
As an employer, Tekniq makes sure that everyone has work clothes, PPE, regular medical checks, briefing and training possibilities, and continuous admin support from our offices. It looks like 2022 is also going to be a busy year for us. Our customers are starting new projects all the time . There is a growing and continuous need for talented engineers and specialists from different fields, such as electrical, mechanical, civil, and site. There will be many new recruitments this year as well.
