The customers are important to Tekniq. We wanted to know what the customers think and asked them for their opinions and feedback on our activities.
Tekniq was thanked for the open discussion and good co-operation with customers. Competent personnel was praised. Also, Tekniq’s global establishments were mentioned, as we have offices in many countries. All respondents to the survey would recommend Tekniq to other companies.
There is always room for improvement, and so are we. Tekniq management has analysed the feedback and corrective actions have been created. We hope to serve our customers even better in the future.
