  • Global payroll management and administration
  • Contractual administration
  • Employee’s lifecycle management from onboarding to exit
  • Authorization reporting and documentation
  • HR Administration
  • Recruiting and resourcing
  • Occupational Health Care management
  • Travel Insurance management
  • Internal communication

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree of suitable education f.e. Economics
  • Good understanding of working in international environment
  • Experience in international payroll and taxation is advantage
  • Willing to take responsibility and able to make decisions
  • Confident in working independently and taking initiative
  • Excellent team working skills and organizational skills
  • Fluent Finnish and English skills
