- Global payroll management and administration
- Contractual administration
- Employee’s lifecycle management from onboarding to exit
- Authorization reporting and documentation
- HR Administration
- Recruiting and resourcing
- Occupational Health Care management
- Travel Insurance management
- Internal communication
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree of suitable education f.e. Economics
- Good understanding of working in international environment
- Experience in international payroll and taxation is advantage
- Willing to take responsibility and able to make decisions
- Confident in working independently and taking initiative
- Excellent team working skills and organizational skills
- Fluent Finnish and English skills
